How accurate our stories are

Our stories are written and fact-checked with AI against the sources we link, and each one is labelled Confirmed or Reported. How we report explains the rules. News moves fast and mistakes can happen, so our stories are general information, not financial, legal or other professional advice. When we get something wrong, we fix it and list the fix on our corrections page.

Our stories link to sources and other sites we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
