About Open Loop News

Open Loop News explains the day's most important AI news in plain English. Every day we pick two or three stories that matter to ordinary people, check every fact against the company's or government's own announcement, and explain what happened, why it matters and what comes next.

Who we are

Open Loop News is an independent publication. Clement Chau is the editor and reviews our stories and the way we make them.

How our stories are made

Our stories are written with the help of AI, from sources we open and read on the day. Every fact is checked against those sources before publication, and every story is labelled Confirmed or Reported so you know how solid it is. How we report explains the rules in full.
