Data deletion

Last updated: 2 October 2026.

Open Loop News keeps very little data about readers. Our privacy policy lists all of it.

Our Facebook app

We use our own Facebook app only to publish our stories to the Open Loop News Facebook Page. It does not ask anyone else to log in with Facebook, and it collects no data about people who use Facebook.

How to ask us to delete your data

• Daily email: unsubscribe with the link in any email. To have your address deleted from our email provider as well, email hello@openloopnews.com from that address.
• Emails you sent us: email hello@openloopnews.com and we will delete them.
• Comments or messages on our Facebook Page: you can delete them yourself on Facebook, or ask us at the same address.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
